Our goal is to introduce our users to an evaluation process called Impairment Rating Evaluations which is used to evaluate injured people and assign a percentage rating (%) that will be used to determine compensation.
WPIRS Inc. offers a cadre of information to help you, the medical provider, become an expert in this field. The AMA Guides are used internationally.
Through state-of-the-art education with clinically practicing and astute educators, you get the best of the best in this field. Through AAEME, you then take our online test to ensure your competency for performing this complex evaluation. Our tests were created by physicians specializing in their field of expertise.

Information Collection
WPIRS Inc. is the sole owner of the information collected on our site. WPIRS INC. collects and monitors user information at several points on our website.

Registration
To use the services/software offered on our website, a user must first complete the registration form. During registration, a user is required to disclose contact information (such as name, address, and email address). We may also request a license number and NPI number for clients who wish to avail themselves of our impairment rating education services. This is required in our contract with the State of Nevada for impairment rating education and NIRSAT testing.
WPIRS Inc. will not be held responsible for parties who attempt to illegally access our website and intercept or access transmissions or private communications. Unless described otherwise in this privacy policy, we will not sell any information.

Legal Disclaimer
Though we exercise all due caution to preserve user privacy, we may need to disclose personal information when required by law wherein we have a good-faith belief that such action is necessary to comply with a current judicial proceeding, a court order, or legal process served on our website. This includes but is not limited to, any defense to any claim in which WPIRS INC. is a defendant, to assist in any investigations by law enforcement agencies, or violations of any WPIRS Inc. policy.
